Asian Mint is the Best!

Asian Mint Restaurant

I can very vividly remember my first time to visit Asian Mint. John and I happened to be near their location off HWY 75 and Forest Lane and we decided to give it a try. I had vaguely heard of this place but hadnโ€™t realized just how good the food was.

As you walk in the dรฉcor is bright and inviting. We were seated next to a couple and they were just about to get their meal as we were deciding what to order. John is a big fan of Pad Thai and rarely deviates from this iconic entrรฉe. I have been in love with Pad Kee Mao lately and decided to give it a try.

The food and service without question was top notch. I couldnโ€™t believe how delicious and fresh the food was. As we were nearing the end of our meal the couple next to us ordered dessert and it was a beautiful strawberry cake. We didnโ€™t quite have enough room for dessert; however we did leave with a new favorite Asian restaurant added to our punch list.

They are around the corner from the office!

I have been working in Richardson and on my way home out of the corner of my eye I saw Asian Mint. They are located near HWY 75 and Campbell. Next thing I know we are coordinating a lunch outing with co-workers. If you decide to go for lunch be sure to go early because it fills up fast.

The Crispy Pad Thai caught my attention, so I decided to give it a try. It turned out to be a fantastic choice. Lo shared with us how she likes spicy, like really spicy, like to the point of tears spicy. And yes, we all got to witness it. She ordered a curry and all of the sudden the tears started to flow. She loved it and we loved watching her cry.

Did you know they even offer cooking classes! They were hosting events earlier this year, be sure to follow them on Instagram to stay connected on their latest events.

If you are looking for an authentic Asian foodie experience, add this place to your list and thank me later.
