Overnight Oats Recipe – 4 Servings

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups rolled oats regular 
  • 2 cups milk of choice
  • 4 tablespoons cashew butter (almond butter will work as well)
  • 8 teaspoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 4 tablespoons ground flax (optional)
  • Dash of sea salt
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients except the blueberries in a small jar that can be sealed.
  • Stir well to combine.
  • Gently stir in blueberries.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
  • Serve chilled or warm by microwaving for roughly 1 minute.
  • If your oats are a bit too dry in the morning, add a little milk.
