Anytime I make fried rice I consider it a win. Also when itโs easy to make that makes even better. I stumbled upon this recipe on the Damn Delicious site and we loved it. It can stand alone as a meal or would be a great side dish for an Asian meal.
I made this dish using my wok and it worked beautifully. You donโt need a wok however a wok takes a much shorter time to cook vegetables and meat perfectly. We found our wok at Sur la Table.
