Postino Wine Bar Cafe

I was introduced to Postino in Phoenix a couple years ago while visiting friends. It is one of the best restaurants in the city, at least in my opinion. They are known for colorful bruschetta boards built for sharing. I love their mission: โ€œMake sure every moment shared within the space of our four walls is one that leaves you feeling DANG good.โ€

Since they made their home in a vacant 1940’s brick post office Postino was born, which means “Postman” in Italian. If you love bruschetta and good wine then you are going to fall in love with this place. Currently they have locations across Texas, Arizona and Colorado. Grab friends or family and put this place on your list.

Welcome to Dallas!

Deep Ellum welcomed this brand and I couldn’t be more excited! I’m pretty sure I have tried almost every bruschetta on the menu and all of the varieties are delicious. We needed to celebrate Mindee’s birthday and Postino was the perfect place. They loved everything about it, especially the unique menu and happy hour.ย

The current Bruschetta Toast list includes:

Brie, Apple & Fig Spread
Fresh Mozzarella, Tomato & Basil
Prosciutto Di Parma, Fig & Mascarpone
Warm Artichoke Spread
Smoked Salmon & Pesto
Sweet Nโ€™ Spicy Pepper Jam & Goat Cheese
Burrata, Bacon, Arugula & Tomato
Ricotta, Dates & Pistachio
Almond Hummus & Chopped Tomato
Piquillo Pepper & Goat Cheese
Salami & Pesto

A Visit to Scottsdale

In March of 2020 we visited friends in Phoenix and this quaint place was #1 on my must do list. We were enjoying lunch at Postino when the news coverage announced all Spring Training was cancelled due to Covid-19. While our trip was cut short I was so grateful to enjoy a meal before heading back to Dallas.
