Strawberries Romanoff is one of my favorite summertime desserts. Not only is it incredibly easy to make, it’s a lighter dessert and since fruit is involved, I say it’s even a healthier dessert. I think the first time I was introduced to this was shortly after moving to Texas I ate at La Madeline. A French casual dining restaurant and they are known for their Strawberry Romanoff. I immediately had to find the recipe and I have to say I think I won the jackpot.
