I was first introduced to Lotus Biscoff Cookie Butter years ago by a dear friend who has incredibly good taste. The cookies are a big treat and the cookie spread has become a favorite that I share with everyone. I tend the like the crunchy cookie butter because it has ground up cookies in it.

Biscoff Ice Cream
During the holidays we were on am mission to find peppermint ice cream and while visit Target we saw something that made us stop in our tracks. Biscoff Ice Cream, we couldn’t believe it. They had 4 flavors merchandised and we decided to give the original a try. Other flavors available are:
- Chocolate Brownie
- Salted Caramel
- Belgian Chocolate Chip
- Blueberry Cheesecake
What does it taste like?
I can’t begin to tell you how amazing the ice cream was. First of all the container was so light and airy and didn’t feel as dense as most ice cream brands. After opening the container there were small grounds of the Biscoff cookies on top. At first bite I was over the moon. It was super creamy and light all in the same bite.
