High Protein Pepperoni Pizza

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • Salt, pepper and Italian seasoning
  • marinara sauce
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Turkey pepperoni
  • Hot honey


  1. Turn oven to 400 degrees
  2. Mix together 1 lb ground chicken, 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese, 1 egg, salt, pepper and Italian seasonings
  3. Spread on a cookie sheet with either parchment paper or silicone sheet. Get it as thin as possible.
  4. Bake for 30 mins then flip the crust and cook an additional 10 minutes
  5. Add a thin layer of marinara sauce, cheese, turkey pepperoni and drizzle hot honey
  6. Place back in the oven under the broiler for a couple of minutes.
